Really had to will myself to go to the gym today. I felt tired and lethargic all day and decided to leave the office early for a change of scenery. Was close to just heading home and having a nap, but I managed to reason with myself enough to make my way to the gym eventually. I knew I’d feel better for it, but I am weak when it comes to tiredness… :P
Felt good throughout the session, no dramas to report really. The SL leg press is feeling more controlled which is great - will hold the load where it is for probably 2-3 weeks still, though. Glad to have worked out today, but I’m exhausted now! Good night!
